Narration script

Our founder, Sigmund M. Rugimbi, brings an interdisciplinary perspective to global AI governance. AI Policy LUB examines how access to infrastructure, knowledge and institutional influence can shape technological opportunity. The questions extend beyond participation: who can build, inspect, adapt and govern AI systems in local contexts? Our mission gives sustained attention to Africa and the Global South, while seeking dialogue across regions. We approach these issues through careful research, human rights and the pursuit of meaningful international collaboration.
